Kyle leads Sales and Operations at Kembali, bringing structure, momentum, and on-the-ground execution to the company’s growth. With a background in managing high-performing teams and large scale projects, he excels at building systems that turn ideas into action. Kyle is committed to helping businesses transition to a cleaner, more sustainable water model that is also cost-effective.

Steffek leads Product Development and Design at Kembali, where he drives the creation of innovative, durable, and environmentally conscious water solutions. With a master’s degree from Harvard and a background in developing sustainable technologies, he brings world-class expertise to shaping Kembali’s product ecosystem. His work spans material research and long-term circularity planning. His dedication to sustainability and high-quality products play a key role in building Kembali into a circular system that lasts.

As Kembali’s Lead Engineer, Pak Hadi brings more than 40 years of engineering experience to the heart of our operations. He has spent decades designing, building, and maintaining complex systems across Indonesia, Singapore, and America. His deep technical expertise, combined with an intuitive understanding of local infrastructure and water systems, makes him indispensable to Kembali’s circular model. From refining our filtration process to optimizing production and equipment reliability, he ensures every part of our system is built to last.
